The Throne Falls to Kazakhstan
Kazakhstan came in 3–4 and dethroned first place. Bowers 28.2, Bass 16.0. Bedazzled Balls got 39.48 from Burrow, went 9–2 in all-play and lost anyway. Perfect lineup still short.

Chimpanzini's three-game streak died with Zay Flowers and Will Reichard at 0.0 each. CeeDeez Nuts played a zero at flex, left nothing on the bench and won by 22.2.
Beefy Boys posted the week's high, 154.16, and went 11–0 in all-play. Pollard 28.7 from the flex, again. Magnificent arrived 5–2 and got 8.28 from Stafford.
Left 71.68 on the bench and still won by 36.9.
8D started Dart, Skattebo, McLaurin and Tate, all projected for zero. Chase 31.1, Jacobs 23.2 and McBride 20.2 did the rest.
IDK posted a season-low 52.6, went 0–11 in all-play and lost a fourth straight. 8D has won two in a row after an 0–6 start.
Hubbard 24.9, Nacua 25.0, Steelers D/ST 16.0. Mahomes 25.44 sat behind Burrow.
Swift 27.9, new pickup Jaguars D/ST 21.0. Tuten's 29.9 wasn't enough for Chimpanzini.
New add Jonah Coleman 20.4 on a 7.0 projection. Pony left nothing on the bench.
Michael Wilson 26.8 and Bo Nix 19.28 watched from the 8D bench.
Tee Higgins 37.5 from the flex, Fannin 23.4. Bruisers drop to 1–7.
Allen 26.56, Gibbs 24.8, Warren 21.3. Waddle's 14.9 sat for Magnificent.

Weeks 1–8: current rosters, scored on PPR points per game so far (a player's full season counts, wherever he played it). Week 9: each player's projection for that game from our model (zero on a bye or when ruled out), kickers and defenses included. Rest of season: our rest-of-season points per game. Best player fills each slot, FLEX takes the best RB/WR/TE left. Each slot is 75% the starter and 25% his first backup. Kickers and defenses: season points per game in the weeks 1–8 view, our projections for the coming weeks in the rest-of-season view. Hover a dot or open Lineup for the players.
Standings, playoff odds, season trends, rosters and trades.
All-play: each week every team's score is checked against all 11 others, so a team that would beat anyone ranks high even after an unlucky draw. Points for breaks ties. The record column is the real one. Plays once when you scroll here; press Play to watch again or pick a week. The arrow compares with the week before.
Weeks 9–14 are played out 10,000 times on the real schedule. Each team scores around its season average (pulled slightly toward the league average of 112.4) with the league's typical week-to-week swing of ±20.4. Ties go to points for. Darker seed cells = more likely.

Points scored in each team's starting lineup, weeks 1–8, whoever started. The higher the blue bar, the more one injury would hurt.
Lineups: actual score as a share of the best possible lineup each week. Waivers: points pickups scored while starting. Roster: rest-of-season points per week of the current best lineup (the Roster Radar values). Weights: lineups 40%, waivers 25%, roster 35%. Each part is graded by rank against the other managers: top fifth A, bottom fifth F. Trades are graded once a trade is completed.
You're 5–3 (4 of 12). Every game still moves your playoff chances. Week 11 against Beefy Boys matters most: a win makes your bye chance 30%, a loss 6%.
Swing = your bye chance if you win that game minus if you lose it, from 10,000 simulated seasons (same model as Playoff Odds; ties go to points for, which isn't confirmed in the saved ESPN settings). Chasing a riskier lineup as the underdog didn't help here: when all 12 teams' weeks 1–7 lineups (84) were re-picked for win chance, every one matched the most-points lineup, so start the best projections and every extra point also helps the tiebreaker.
Order resets every week by reverse standings, so a claim never costs you future priority, only a roster spot. You're 9 of 12, so take free agents the moment you want them; anyone on waivers goes to a team ahead of you. Only Pink Pony (18), Beefy Boys (11), CeeDeez Nuts (8), Magnificent (8), Doughboys (7) work the wire much; the rest rarely compete for a pickup.

Parker Washington over DJ Moore: 11.2 vs 10.0, Moore wins it 45% of the time.
Isaiah Likely over T.J. Hockenson: 11.3 vs 8.9, Hockenson wins it 40% of the time.
You're 9 of 12 on waivers. Gains are projected points over the starter he'd replace this week.
All 12 teams' lineups re-picked every week (96 lineups), scored with what the players really scored; points per week and wins. The model beat the manager's actual lineup 37 times, matched it 37 and fell short 22. Tuned and adjusted versions are fit without the week they pick for and replace the model only if they clearly beat it (this week: none did; small gaps here are noise).
Projection. Our own model, built from box scores, game-day status, injury reports and the betting market's team totals: recent points and opportunity, the matchup, and work left by teammates who are out. Before it went live it matched the old outside-projection blend on every team's weeks 1–7 lineups (116.2 points a week each). Adding Last 3, Season PPR/g, Matchup, Vegas total, Target share trend, Snap trend on top, or last-3 form alone, didn't clearly beat it; the test re-runs on each refresh and switches only when an alternative wins by more than two standard errors.
Injuries. Out, IR and byes are zero; doubtful 30%. Questionable: 100% of his projection, since you can swap him if he's inactive 90 minutes before kickoff; if no backup kicks off at the same time or later, his 75% chance to play counts too. Learned from this season's tags (15 of 20 questionable players played, weeks 7, 8), still leaning on a prior until more weeks are logged.
Range. Floor and ceiling are the 20th and 80th percentile, from how far projections missed in this league (RB/WR/TE about 3.3 + 0.34 × projection; QB 7.3; K 4.7; D/ST 5.8). Kickers and defenses use our projection too.
Lineup. Every legal QB / 2 RB / 2 WR / TE / FLEX / D/ST / K is scored against 8D's best projected lineup, and the one with the best chance to win is shown (a QB and his own receivers count as linked). Bench percentages = his chance to outscore the starter he'd replace. Tap any player for every stat behind his number. Refreshes Tuesday to Thursday, Saturday and Sunday 11:47am.

One-for-one swaps of players at different positions, judged by how much each team's best starting lineup (QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, TE, FLEX) scores per week for the rest of the season. Numbers = points per week each lineup gains (or gives up). Every team gets at least one idea: win-wins first (both gain), then smaller win-wins with ranks a little further apart, then even swaps where one team gains and the other gives up less than a point a week. Each player and each pair of teams appears once.

476 players: everyone with a game through week 8. PPR rank = points per game among players at his position with 2+ games. Graded weeks: our projected rank before the week → where he actually finished at his position; vs proj = PPR points minus our projection. Unrealized air yards = air yards on all his targets minus the air yards on the balls he caught. Yards before/after contact, broken tackles, drops, bad throws and pressures are charted by PFR; separation, YAC over expected, rush yards over expected, 8+ box %, time to throw and aggressiveness are Next Gen Stats (only weeks over their minimums count). The route tree shows where his targets went (depth and side of every target); the route actually run isn't public for this season.
The call weighs the projection first, then the floor (low end across the model's settings), recent target share and snaps. Grades come from his projected position rank; the rank range is where he lands across the model's settings.
Type any part of a name, a team name, or “FA” for free agents. Players who matter are listed: rostered, ranked or scoring 6+ PPR per game. Short term = weeks 9–10: our projections (zero on a bye or ruled out) and how many points his position scores against his week 9 opponent (100 = league average). Long term: rest of season = our rest-of-season points per game; expected = what his targets, carries and air yards usually score (above it = running hot, below = due); playoffs = his weeks 15–17 opponents vs. his position. Usage is season-long, with the last-3-games trend. Rostered % is ESPN-wide.
Hover or tap a dot for the player; search to find anyone; Expected points come from a fit of PPR points per game on targets, carries and air yards per game across every player at the position with 3+ games. 231 RB/WR/TE plotted (3+ games, 4+ expected PPR/g). Above the dashed line = scoring more than his volume supports (sell-high watch); below it = volume not cashing in yet (buy-low watch).
Each dot is a player with 3+ games and 6+ PPR per game, weeks 1–8. Across: points per game. Up: how much his weekly score swings (standard deviation). Bottom right = high scoring and reliable; top right = big weeks and duds. Hover or tap a dot for the player; pick a team to spotlight its players; tap a position to show or hide it. QBs score on a different scale, so they start hidden. With few games the swing is noisy and settles as the season goes on.
Past weeks show our projection made before that week. Upcoming weeks use our weekly projections; after that, his rest-of-season points per game from our model, and zero on his bye. Weeks 15–17 are the fantasy playoffs.

Rest-of-season projection, updated 11/03: points per game times games left (byes and injuries count). Overall = value over a replacement starter. Move = change in overall rank since last week. Expected = PPR/g his volume supports (see Volume vs. Scoring). Yellow rows are free agents in our league.
PPR points per game each defense has allowed to every QB, RB, WR and TE it faced, weeks 1–8. #1 = most generous. Sorted softest to toughest overall. Blue: start your guys against them. Red: think twice. League averages: QB 16.6, RB 22.1, WR 31.4, TE 13.7.
Every week's projected PPR ranks (top 60 WR, 48 RB, 24 QB, 24 TE) graded against where each player actually finished at his position (look up any player above for his week-by-week grades). Variance = actual points minus projected points; rank arrows read ranked → finished.
Change the league's scoring, rules or settings by vote. Every team gets one vote per proposal. Seven yes votes and it goes live on ESPN the next Tuesday, between weeks.
Loading the league office…
Your own proposals go to a vote the same way. If they pass, the commissioner sets them in ESPN.
Points, not money. Stake up to 5 of your week 9 points on props, our league's matchups or real NFL games. Win and the payout is added to your week 9 score; lose and the stake comes off it. A side game: ESPN scores never change.
Lines: NFL games use posted sportsbook lines; our league's lines come from each team's best projected lineup; player props are set at his projection or recent per-game average, so each side is close to a coin flip, and touchdown odds come from his scoring rate. Up to 6 legs per slip, winnings capped at 150 points per slip. Each leg locks at its game's kickoff; league matchups lock at the week's first kickoff. A pushed or voided leg (player inactive) drops out of the parlay. Bets are recorded by the league office with the same team sign-in as Rule Changes.
